What is the truth about psoriasis?
How does it really work? What causes it?
Why does nobody really know?
Why does the conventional medical establishment ignore so much empirical evidence?
Why does the alternative establishment seem to talk so much crap?
What can I do to manage or treat my own psoriasis?
Will all this worrying just make it worse?
I want to find out the truth before my skin turns in on itself and eats my bones. (That's the psoriatic arthritis).
The truth is out there but how can it be found. If only I could afford to fund a huge primary research project.
